Pastor Scott started full-time ministry in 1989 as a youth pastor in Pigeon Forge until the year 2000. While he was there, he moved into role of Associate of Administration in addition to being the youth pastor. Throughout the years in Pigeon Forge, the student ministry grew from 3 teens to 200! When he and his wife, Charlotte, and their daughter, Hannah, left Pigeon Forge in 2000, they moved to Anniston, Alabama where he served as an associate pastor for 2 years. In 2002, he and his family moved again to Dayton, Tennessee to serve as youth pastors. Three years later, Pastor Scott took his first Lead Pastor position in Middle Tennessee where he, Charlotte, Hannah, and the newest edition, Emily, spent 4 years. Finally, on the last Sunday of 2009, Pastor Scott, Charlotte, and their 2 daughters made their way to Seymour Church. Pastor Scott is a graduate of both Lee College and Bryan College with a degree in Business Administration and is an Ordained Bishop. Pastor Scott’s passion and calling in life is to lead and guide God’s people into finding and fulfilling their calling to live a blessed life; to see a generation equipped for spiritual leadership.
